Benefits of joining VAS is the only national umbrella organisation specifically for local third sector infrastructure – focusing on issues that matter to you and responding to your needs.
By joining VAS, your organisation will become part of Scotland’s emerging network of local third sector infrastructure organisations – supporting around 45,000 local organisations and groups.
Joining VAS allows your organisation to: · Be part of the new voice in Scotland’s third sector – influencing policy, advocating for investment and representing Scotland’s local third sector infrastructure; · Get access to help from people who know and understand our sector and our local infrastructure; · Benefit from regular information and news, networking events, peer support and the sharing of best practice; · Get involved – influence the direction we take to make a difference: join our communities of practices, working groups or our board of Directors; · Be active in shaping the future of local third sector infrastructure in Scotland.
